Saucony Kinvara 6 Chicago Marathon Shoe

Saucony introduces the Chicago Marathon Kinvara 6

The Saucony Kinvara is a staple shoe for so many runners. Create a version after an amazing race like the Chicago Marathon and you have an amazing combination. Saucony has done this for the Boston Marathon as well. I think it’s cool when shoe companies do this as it creates an emotional connection every time you lace the shoes up.

The shoe has proven to be supportive enough for training runs, speed work, and even racing. This neutral shoe is not only lightweight (7.7oz), but it looks great, performs well, and is reasonably priced (MSRP $110). Based on feedback from other runners, I have been told that these perform and feel very similar to the Saucony Kinvara 5 model.

Below are pictures of the Chicago Marathon model along with a few other details about the shoe.
